The only thing I need for Yoga Life

There are only a few fields wherein this beautiful word "Practice" is used. For example, Doctors do not say that they work, but they practice. It is a profession which requires every day practice. The same is applied for the law experts too.

The beauty is here. This is the same word used for yoga too. It's Yoga practice (abhyaasa in Sanskrit)! Even if you teach, in the reality, you practice the teaching of Yoga.
There is no other alternative. There is only one royal path either for success or self realization i.e. Practice.

But practice of postures is not sufficient if you are thinking to be a yoga teacher. Practice of yoga teaching is essential. If you were taught some mantra chanting during your teacher training in India, then practice of chanting. We also need to focus on practicing the Sanskrit names of the postures (which you need to chant loudly until you get the right pronunciation).

Even if you are trying to follow Yamas and Niyamas, practice them every day! Practice "Awareness" and practice "Mindfulness" every time. Everything in the yoga world (of course, it applies pretty much for everything in the world) requires just one factor and it is practice.

Patanjali makes it very simple and clear when he says "abhyaasavairagyaabhyam tannirodhaH" There are two key factors to walk in the path of success and they are continuous practice and detachment from everything else!

Life is beautiful and simple. We just need to have the right perspective and Practice the same always...!!!
